Join us in Paris on November 10, 2026 for a symposium dedicated to early-onset cancers, affecting adults under the age of 50.

The incidence of cancers traditionally associated with older age is increasing among younger adults, raising important questions about the causes, biological mechanisms, and healthcare consequences of this emerging trend. While the reasons behind this increase remain incompletely understood, growing evidence points to complex interactions between genetic, environmental, metabolic, lifestyle, and social factors across the course of life.

The aim of this meeting is to bring together the scientific and medical communities to better understand the specificities of early-onset cancers and to identify the key research priorities needed to address this growing challenge.

This day of reflection will provide an opportunity to explore the mechanisms underlying cancer development at younger ages, identify emerging risk factors and critical windows of exposure, and discuss new approaches to prevention, early detection, treatment, and survivorship. It will also be an opportunity to foster interdisciplinary collaborations and lay the foundations for a future dedicated call for projects.
